Boosting digital adoption of MSME ecosystem

Happy to introduce my new Section 8 initiative - TSI Coop.

TSI Tech Solutions Cooperative Foundation (TSI Coop) aims to address critical gaps in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) ecosystem by enabling businesses to implement successful technology strategies with the help of niche providers. Our mission also focuses on creating sustainable pathways for graduates from tier-3 and tier-4 institutions while fostering a more equitable and efficient domestic IT supply chain.

While our IT machinery prioritises foreign markets, GCCs, high-profile startups and large enterprises, MSMEs are underserved. Despite the government's Digital MSME scheme and other initiatives, their digital adoption has gaps. We aim to unlock their potential using the following:

• Discovery of niche providers, products, services and talent. Direct interactions between stakeholders.

• Digital Maturity Assessment of MSMEs and Capability Maturity Assessment of service providers

• Enabler R&D for digital acceleration of the MSME ecosystem

• Consultations, Community support and stakeholder collaboration
