Happy to introduce TSI Coop, my new Section 8 non-profit initiative dedicated to improving digital adoption across local Indian organisations.
TSI Coop stands for Technology, Social Impact, and the spirit of a cooperative economic model. Our conviction is that smaller providers and local businesses should collectively drive digital adoption, fostering shared growth across the ecosystem.
Today, the Indian IT machinery prioritises foreign markets, GCCs, high-profile startups, and large enterprises, leaving local organisations underserved. As a result, local Indian businesses face two broken choices: Centralised IT that forces expensive vendor lock-in and takes away data control, or Fragile Custom Solutions that are insecure and built on inadequate privacy-by-design data architectures.
We believe the answer is composable infrastructure. At TSI Coop, we're building the core data layer that every business needs, so local IT providers can spend less time reinventing plumbing and more time serving their customers.
